Information you choose to share
When you contact OMNY or request a demo, you may share your name, email address, company, and the details of your request. We use that information to respond and discuss the service you asked about. Please leave sensitive personal, financial, or confidential client information out of general inquiries.
The demo request and Join the team forms currently prepare a message in your email app. Filling in a form does not send it to OMNY. The message reaches us only when you send it from your email app, and your email provider also handles it under its own privacy terms.
Browser storage and the product preview
The product preview may save sample profiles, property drafts, preferences, and demonstration activity in your browser. These records help the preview remember your progress on that device. Use sample information when trying the preview. It does not create a live customer account or payment subscription.
Preview property analytics use a randomly generated browser identifier, not browser fingerprinting. These local demonstration records are separate from a live analytics service. Clearing the site data in your browser removes local preview records and may reset your preview progress.
Embedded experiences and other services
Opening an embedded OMNY Experience connects your browser to the service hosting that experience. The website host and embedded services receive the network information needed to deliver their content, which can include your IP address and browser details.
When a form displays Cloudflare Turnstile, that service processes technical information to help distinguish legitimate requests from automated abuse. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details. Following links to Calendly, LinkedIn, Instagram, or other external websites takes you to services with their own privacy practices.
Your questions and choices
Contact info@omny.vision to ask about information you have sent to OMNY, request a correction or deletion, or tell us you no longer want follow-up about your inquiry. We may need enough information to verify that a request concerns your own data.
Retention periods, the complete list of service providers, and jurisdiction-specific privacy rights must be confirmed in the approved policy. This draft does not establish a retention period or replace rights provided by applicable law.
